ONLINE GROUP THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN UTAH

The Fulfillment Formula

A transformative 12-week program for high-achieving women to develop the skills and community they need to reconnect to their values and finally feel fulfilled in life.

You’ve Built a Great Life on Paper—But Why Doesn’t It Feel That Way?

You’ve worked hard. Checked all the boxes. Done everything “right.” Maybe you’re even living what was once your dream life. So why does your success feel … empty?

As perfectionists, overachievers, and doers, our lists never shorten. The amount of spaces and roles and shoulds we try to fill continues to increase. And that’s where the dissatisfaction creeps in. We’re not meant to give all our energy to all the things, all the time. Together, let’s strip away what isn’t working and make space for a more aligned life.

INTRODUCING THE NO-FLUFF ONLINE GROUP THERAPY PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN UTAH

The Fulfillment Formula

The Fulfillment Formula is a structured, therapist-led group for women who are successful on the outside—but anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. We’ll work through a research-backed process to help you stop performing, start living, and build a life rooted in real meaning.

What We’ll Work On Together:

  • Unpacking perfectionism and performance-based self-worth

  • Getting unstuck from the overthinking loop

  • Learning how to set boundaries without guilt

  • Clarifying what actually matters to you—not just what you were told should

  • Taking action even when fear shows up

Individual results vary. Group work is therapeutic but not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Program Details:

Length: 12 weeks

Time: Weekly, 90-minute sessions, dates and times to be determined based on group needs and therapist availability

Location: Online (HIPAA-compliant video), but limited to Utah residents

Cost: $125/week – *See FAQ below for insurance and reimbursement details.

Therapy That’s Guided, Time-Limited, and Actually Useful

The Fulfillment Formula is more than just talk—it's a guided, time-limited program with structure, intention, and real tools. Unlike traditional 1:1 therapy, this group is focused on helping you build new skills in a shared space with other high-achieving women who get it.

It’s not about venting week after week. It’s about gaining clarity, practicing what matters, and learning alongside others so you don’t feel like you’re figuring it all out alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Possibly. We are currently in-network with a limited number of insurance providers and gradually transitioning to a private-pay model. For out-of-network plans, you’ll receive a superbill or we can use Thrizer, a tool that verifies benefits and submits claims on your behalf. Reimbursement isn’t guaranteed, but we’re happy to help you explore your options.

  • It’s a bit of both. You’ll get guided psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and live group therapy. This is not an open-process group—it's structured and time-limited so you get the most out of your experience.

  • You’re invited to share, but never pressured. You’ll get the most out of the program by participating, but you’re always in control of what you share and how much. We do ask participants to respect the stories and experiences of others in the group and keep our conversations private. Recorders are not allowed in the call.

  • No, but it complements it well. Our online group therapy for women is specifically focused on meaning, identity, and values—not treating acute issues. You can learn more about our individual counseling here.
