INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING IN UTAH FOR ANXIOUS, OVERACHIEVING WOMEN
Grounded Support to Help You Stop the Hustle and Start Living On Your Terms
Get Real Support from a Therapist Who Gets You
You’ve been keeping it together for a long time—at work, at home, in relationships. But lately, the anxiety, overthinking, and pressure to perform are starting to wear on you. A bubble bath isn’t going to fix things. You need a safe space to slow down and unpack what’s keeping you on the hamster wheel.
Counseling Rooted in Values, Not Performances
Our therapy modality, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is a modern, evidence-based approach that helps you stop battling your thoughts and start focusing on what actually matters. Instead of trying to “fix” or avoid uncomfortable emotions, ACT teaches you how to hold space for them while still taking meaningful action.
What you can expect with our ACT-based counseling approach:
Helps you unhook from unhelpful thoughts instead of trying to erase them
Builds psychological flexibility so you can respond, not just react
Focuses on living by your values—even when things feel hard
Rooted in real-life tools, not toxic positivity or quick fixes

Because It’s Possible to Feel Successful Without Being Perfect
We understand how difficult it is to be caught in the loop of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and pushing through.

That depends on what you’re navigating. Some clients want to dig into values-based decision-making or perfectionism, while others explore relationship dynamics, burnout, or deeper emotional patterns. Individual counseling sessions are flexible and focused on what matters most to you.

We’ll decide that together. Individual counseling in Utah should adapt to your life–not add more pressure. While the structure is flexible, we typically recommend weekly sessions at the beginning to help build rapport and create momentum. From there, many clients shift to bi-weekly or as-needed support based on their goals and availability.
-
Yes. Research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. We meet on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you get real support—without the commute, parking stress, or office small talk.
